Deeply passionate about developing trustworthy and helpful AI personal assistants that serve as supportive companions in everyday life, accessible anytime, anywhere. Working with a global team to deliver an AI personal assistant platform, designed to improve customer satisfaction and productivity. It is the first in-house LLM-based AI assistant platform, an IP product of Rakuten, recognized by our CEO and executive officers, and has received several awards. For knowledge discovery task, it surpassed other world-class solutions such as IBM Watson Discovery, Salesforce search. The knowledge discovery component is used across various critical applications, including Rakuten Link AI, Rakuten Mobile's site search, and Rakuten Ichiba's customer support search.
In July 2023, by integrating GPT APIs, we delivered the industry-first AI assistant for investment. We also launched Rakuten Mobile AI Assistant 2.0, which was presented by our CEO at Rakuten Optimism 2024. Starting from my first PoC for shopping AI in 2016, our platform is supporting millions customers of e-commerce, mobile & fin-tech. Our mission is to serve a billion users globally with an annual revenue of 1 billion USD by 2030.
